1. Can I place order with a small quantity ?
Yes. You can place order with a small quantity of +3000.
2. What is a time frame for delivery an orders?
Time frame for delivery is vary from order to order, and service to service. It depends on the size of the order, the services that you need. For example, if you need an initial design and lay out services for your packaging products which will take more time for the project to complete upon your approval , if you come up with a ready sample package and only need to produce which will take faster. Please contact Southeast Packaging for your requirement and delivery time.
3. Can you custom make our package?
Yes, We can custom make boxes,bags, pouches & Rolls to meet your exact needed. We can print with multi color printing by using rotogravure or flexographic technic up to 8 colors. Please contact Southeast Packaging with your specifications.
4. What kind of shipping you use?
For international delivery, we will use by ship or air depending on customer request. For local or domestic, we will use UPS,Fedex,DHL , Trucking or Air base on customer require.
5. What does Southeast Packaging need from me to complete a quote?
Use our online form to request a quote. Southeast Packaging will respond within 24 hours with a specification form and some additional information. You will need to have structural and printing specifications, quantity to be quoted, delivery instructions and number of releases.
6.Can Southeast Packaging help me with a package design?
Yes, we need you to give us a full information & specification of a sample package that you want to design. We can help you to design from A to Z for your package needed.
7. If I have an approved design how long does it take to receive a quote?
Three to six business days depending on the complexity of the quote.
8. Does Southeast Packaging provide graphic design services?Yes, we do. Our professional engineer graphic designer can help you on this service.
9. Will Southeast Packaging provide pre-production samples?
Yes, we do. Pre-production samples must be approved by you before we can get ahead to produce.
10. What’s Order Tolerance?
The standard for printing and packaging industry has a plus or minus 10%. This means if you order 4,000 units you can expect to receive 3,600 to 4,400 units.
1. What is SBS?
SBS - Solid Bleached Sulphate. High quality board, white throughout with one side coated. SBS(Solid Bleached Sulphate)is a white sheet made from mostly new virgin fibers. A clay based coating is applied to one or both sides when brilliant color graphics printing is required for folding cartons or other retail packaging. SBS is used for health and beauty aids, food, software, cosmetics, counter displays, and other retail applications that need to attract attention.

Clay Coated Whiteback. Smooth board with white top and white to off-white back.
3. What is CCNB?
Clay Coated Newsback. Smooth board with white top and gray to brown back.
4. What is CCKB?
Clay Coated Kraftback. Heavy duty board with white top and brown back.
5. What is Solid Kraft?
Very strong board, brown throughout, with smoother top.
6. What is Bending Chip?
100% Recycled materials. Similar to Solid Kraft but with coarser printing surface and less strength. CHIPBOARD is made from recycled materials and is thicker and more dense that everyday papers we use such as copy paper or writing paper. Chipboard is often used as the heavy backer on a pad of paper such as a memo/scratch pad. It is used for slipsheets and divider pads, and separators. Chipboard is a good substance for printing and die cutting into folding cartons. A good example of a chipboard carton is a cereal box.
7. What is Pantone?
Pantone is a color system for selecting, specifying, and controlling color. There are two primary palettes in the Pantone system: Pantone Solid Color Palette & Pantone Textile Palette.

What is Pantone Solid Color Palette?The Pantone Solid Colors Palette, with over 1100 unique, numbered colors, was originally devised to help printers and designers specify and control colors for print projects. This is the most widely used Pantone palette, with colors sometimes referred to as 'PMS' (for Pantone Matching System) or 'spot colors', and is used in the graphics, print, and publishing, industries.
9. What is Pantone Textile Palette?
The Pantone for Fashion and Home Palette contains 1,925 colors, printed on either paper or cotton fabrics. The guides and books in the Fashion and Home textile line allows designers to select colors, create color palettes, and then specify those colors to apparel manufacturers. These textile color guides and books are used by fashion designers, apparel designers, and manufacturers worldwide.
10. What is UV Coating?
Ultra-violet cured coatings can be applied over ink printed on paper and dried by exposure to UV radiation. UV coatings can be formulated up to 100% solids so that they have no volatile component that contributes to pollution. This high solids level also allows for the coating to be applied in very thin films. UV coatings can be formulated to a wide variety of gloss ranges. UV coating can be most conventional industrial coating applications as well as by silkscreen.
